Sabor y Aroma: Después de tres años de preparación, probando y delicadamente afinando su sabor, Kate y su equipo presentan: Tequila Honor del Castillo Afirmación Edición Limitada, una mezcla de añejo única. El primer lote Edición Limitada fue añejado con una mezcla de 15 diferentes barriles de roble americano, por una media de edad de 15 a 18 meses. A la vista nos deleita con con un color amarillo trigo natural con tonos oscuros. Su nariz es limpia, suavemente abriendo sus notas dulces y el aromas secos de chocolate, canela y vainilla. Por los barriles de tostado medio, también invita a los sabores del agave cocido, dejando tonos suaves de café. 

Flavor & Aroma: After three years of preparation, tasting and fine tuning by Kate and her team,  The Limited Edition Tequila Honor del Castillo Afirmacion is a unique and very special and Añejo blend.  The first Limited Edition batch was aged with a blend of 15 different white American oak barrels with an average age of 15 to 18 months.  At sight it delights us with a natural yellow wheat color with dark soft tones.  Its nose is clean, slightly opening its sweet notes and dry aromatic chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla.  Per its medium toasted barrels, it also invites flavors of cooked agave, leaving residual soft tones of coffee.
